a) Technical Cookies:

Also falling into this category, due to their technical nature, are cookies that enable the most efficient possible management of advertising spaces—which the publisher has included on a webpage, application, or platform as an element of the design or layout of the service offered to the user—based on criteria such as the published content, without collecting user information for other purposes, such as personalizing that advertising content or other content.

Technical cookies are exempt from compliance with the obligations established in Article 22.2 of the LSSI when they enable the provision of the service requested by the user, as is the case with the cookies listed in the preceding paragraphs. However, if these cookies are also used for non-exempt purposes (for example, for behavioral advertising purposes), they will be subject to said obligations.

b)  Preference or Personalization Cookies:
These allow information to be remembered so that the user accesses the service with specific characteristics that may distinguish their experience from that of other users—such as language, the number of results displayed when the user performs a search, or the appearance or content of the service based on the browser used or the region from which the service is accessed, etc.

If the user themselves chooses these characteristics (for example, by selecting a website’s language by clicking on the corresponding country’s flag icon), the cookies are exempt from the obligations set forth in Article 22.2 of the LSSI, as they are considered a service expressly requested by the user, provided that the cookies serve exclusively the selected purpose.

c) Analytics or Measurement Cookies:
These allow the party responsible for them to track and analyze the behavior of users on the websites to which they are linked, including quantifying the impact of advertisements. Information collected via these types of cookies is used to measure activity on websites,  applications, or platforms, with the aim of making improvements based on an analysis of how users utilize the service.

Regarding the processing of data collected through analytics cookies, the WP29 stated that, although they are not exempt from the requirement to obtain informed consent for their use, they are unlikely to pose a risk to user privacy provided that they are first-party cookies, process aggregated data for strictly statistical purposes, provide information on their usage, and offer users the option to object to their use.

d) Behavioral Advertising Cookies:
These store information regarding user behavior obtained through the continuous observation of their browsing habits, enabling the development of a specific profile to display advertising based on that profile.

Additionally, this Website may utilize features offered by third-party entities or partners that, in turn, collect browsing data for their own purposes.

In such cases, relevant information regarding the third-party features used is provided. Please note that INCOSPEL S.L. is not responsible for the proper functioning of links to the various privacy and cookie policies of third parties, as INCOSPEL S.L. cannot control when these are modified by the provider; therefore, the User is responsible for checking the updated content of said third parties’ respective privacy and cookie policies.

Listed below are the third-party functionalities available on this Website (only those accepted by the user will be used), detailing the following information:

• Entity: Organization providing the functionality (e.g., Facebook, Google, etc.).
• Purpose: Service provided by the third-party entity (e.g., posting videos on YouTube, posting comments on social media, website traffic analytics, etc.)
